How Do I Add A Building Page Weblet?

  1. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up)
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process)
  4. Click Login

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click the “Website” tab
  2. Click “All Web Pages”

From the page list:

  1. Hover on the page you want to edit
  2. Click “Page Editor”

On the page:

  1. Click the “+” buttons on the side of the edit button to add a weblet above or below the current weblet
  2. Click the “+ Add content here” to add a weblet in that position

In the pop up:

  1. Click “Show all available weblets…”

From The Weblet Selection:

  1. In the search, start typing: “Building Page”
  2. Click the Building Page weblet box

In The Weblet:

  1. Type a postal/zip code
  2. Skip the auto find address (click here to next step)
  3. Click to search using strata numbers (click here to next step)
  4. Check the box for the building you want to use
  5. Enter the full address that will be displayed on the site
  6. Click OK
  7. Move to step 8

  1. Enter the building address
  2. Click OK

Basic Info Options:

  1. Click the Basic Info tab
  2. Enter the building name (This will be used as the page title)
  3. Edit the full address, this will be displayed on the site
  4. Click to change building address (click here move to step 9)
  5. Click to search using strata numbers (click here to next step)
  6. Enter your building description
  7. Enter a list summary, used when multiple buildings are displayed in a row
  8. Add A main photo for the building
  9. Add/edit quick facts about the building. You can remove extras by clicking the [X]
  10. Click to add more lines for quick facts (optional)
  11. Show or hide social media links
  12. Click Save weblet

  1. Enter Lsiting Section Title
  2. Choose to show or hide the Sign Up/Log In for VOW links
  3. Enter the strata number (Please keep in mind that this is an EXPERIMENTAL feature)
  4. Click the basic info tab to back to finish the basic info (click here to go back to step 8)

From The Building Page Weblet (listings):

  1. Click the Listings tab
  2. Enter Lsiting Section Title
  3. Choose to show or hide the Sign Up/Log In for VOW links
  4. Choose your method of listings population
  5. Click to preview listings
  6. Remove the address if incorrect
  7. Add an address if desired (Click here to go back to step 7)
  8. Click Save weblet

From The Building Page Weblet (Photos):

  1. Click the photos tab
  2. Choose to upload images from your computer
  3. Choose to upload images from your Web-Drive

From The Building Page Weblet (Media):

  1. Click the “Documents | Videos | Media” tab
  2. Give this section a unique name
  3. Choose to upload files from your computer
  4. Choose to upload files from your Web-Drive
  5. Add a video from your youtube channel
  6. Give the video a title
  7. Add an embed code for an external video
  8. Click to remove the media item
  9. Click to add a new media item
  10. Click Save weblet

From The Building Page Weblet (Maps):

  1. Click the maps tab
  2. Check to hide the Google Map
  3. Use these options to move, draw, drop a pin or delete progress on the map
  4. Choose yes to show your pin in the center of your map
  5. Add text to show as a bubble on the pin on the website
  6. Choose to show or hide local amenities on map
  7. This option will show or hide the street arrows on the street siew option
  8. Check to hide the WalkScore
  9. Choose the orientation of the WalkScore
  10. Check to hide the Birds Eye
  11. Fine tune the birds eye settings
  12. Click Save Weblet
