How Do I Add A Custom Form Weblet

  1. Enter the URL private-office.myrealpage.com
  2. Enter your username (the email address you used when signing up)
  3. Enter your password (which you chose during the sign-up process)
  4. Click Login

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click the “Website” tab
  2. Click “All Web Pages”

From the page list:

  1. Hover on the page you want to edit
  2. Click “Page Editor”

From the page editor:

  1. Click the blue + Add Content here button

In the pop up:

  1. Click “Show all available weblets…”

From the weblet editor:

  1. Type in “Custom Form” in the search field
  2. Click the custom form weblet.

From the weblet editor:

  1. Type the name if the form that shows in the
  2. Type the name of the form that will display on the website
  3. Select the label position (To the left, or above)
  4. Choose the form size (Regular or small)
  5. Set the form width in pixels or stretch to fit area
  6. Enable or disable spam protection
  7. Choose a page to go to once form is submitted
  8. Apply an email the form will go to
  9. If Step H is used, this option will also send the email to the default address on the account
  10. Send the email to a featured agent (Applies to broke sites only)
  11. Apply your options to the field
  12. Add a new field if you choose
  13. Save weblet
